National historic landmark park featuring waterfalls, 8.5 miles of easy hiking trails and a beach. Great for kids because it’s mostly flat.
The Adventure Park at Storrs
Zip lines, axe-throwing, and tree-climbing. With 106 treetop platforms connected by bridges, ropes courses, ladders, 26 ziplines and other crossings, there’s something exhilarating for everyone!

Tolland Farmers Market
May through Thanksgiving, every Saturday morning, 10 am to 12 noon, at the Country Butcher. Vegetables, fruit, herbs, plants, flowers, jams, pickles, relish, honey, maple syrup, eggs and baked goods.
